Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Simply Me. We take great pride in our reputation for quality, excellent value and outstanding customer service. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not like your purchased item(s), we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your item(s) for a different size once original goods are received by our warehouse and inspected based on our original condition policy.
We're bummed if things don't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept returns within thirty (30) days of receiving your original order for most items in new condition.
HERE’S THE FINE PRINT: We are unable to accept returns for items that have been damaged via try-on, regular wear, faulty care, dry-cleaning, and accidents. You just can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached, items must be in their original packaging, and all bras must have the protective hygiene stripes attached. In case hygiene strips are damaged, altered or removed, exchanges or refunds are NOT ACCEPTED.

We’d like to provide you an easy way to return item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your original order. In the United States, just fill out the FREE and TRACKABLE Returns Form online, then print the form and shipping label. It can take up to 15 working days to reach us. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll issue your refund within 3 business days and send you an email once you’re all set.
If you’re an international customer returning from outside the United States, it can usually take up to 21 working days for your return to reach our warehouse in the United States, depending on your location and which postal service you used. We are not responsible for returned orders lost in transit. We recommend that you send your return back to us by registered post and retain proof of posting. If your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it. All we ask is that you make sure we know the order number your return relates to and your details. We can’t refund you without these details, so make sure the returns form is filled out and placed in your return parcel (aka shipping box).
