What size range do you currently offer?

We currently offer bras in A-DD cups and 32-38” bands. Underwear is offered in five (5) sizes: XS-XL.

What colors do you currently offer?

We offer our The Universe Bra and underwear in eight (8) colors:

  • Light Nude
  • Dark Nude
  • Pink
  • Blue
  • Coral
  • Grey
  • Red
  • Black 

What does customizable bra mean?

We want YOU to control your comfort. When you place an order you’ll be able to select level of padding. We currently offer three (3) levels of padding:

  • Minimal padding
  • Slight padding
  • Extra padding 

What underwear styles do you offer?

We currently offer underwear in three (3) styles:

  • Thong
  • Cheeky
  • Brief 

How do I wash/clean my bra and underwear?

We recommend hand washing your bra, but realize that’s not always an option when you’re at your busiest. In that case, just throw your bra into a bra pouch and into the washing machine – use the gentle cycle for cold water. We encourage you to gently hand wash your underwear. If time doesn’t permit, you can also wash it the washing machine – again: cold water, gentle cycle. For the washing machine we recommend to clasp your bra to avoid snagging. Always flat dry your bras with cups facing up to protect your garments.

Domestic Orders

What are your fees for domestic shipping?

It’s always free.

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?

No! Please be sure to provide us with your home/work/business address when completing your order.

Do I have to pay duties, taxes or any other fees?

We collect sales tax from customers in California. We oblige to do so by law.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we do!! We’ll go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with our product. We take a great pride in our reputation for quality, excellent value and outstanding customer service.

What’s your Original Condition Policy?

Original Condition Policy: We are unable to accept returns for items that have been damaged via try-on, regular wear, faulty care, dry-cleaning, and other accidents. All original tags must be attached; items must be in their original packaging; all bras must have protective hygiene stripes attached. In case hygiene strips are damaged, altered or removed, exchanges or refunds are not accepted.

Can I get a refund for a damaged item?

For unworn items with manufacturing defects or faulty quality, please email us at contact@universebra.com with the following information:

  • Your first and last name used to order
  • Your order number
  • Description of the damage
  • Photos of the damage

We’ll exchange your items. We want you to be HAPPY!! 

Can I return an item that is undamaged?

We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with our products. You’re welcome to try on items  at home and decide if you like them. If not, feel free to return the order. Please refer to Original Condition Policy for more details about the condition of returned item(s). Please send us an email at contact@universebra.com if you have any questions.

International Orders

What are your fees for an international shipping?

We charge a flat fee of $25 for international orders.

 Do I have to pay duties, taxes or any other fees?

International customers are liable for all import duties, customs fees and other charges, including local sales taxes levied by the country you have requested shipment to. Payment of the above is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Payment will not be refunded for any shipments that are refused or abandoned by you.

Do you accept returns?

No, we don’t!! By any reason you’d like to exchange your item(s), you’ll need to ship them back to our facility for inspection and then place a new order through our website at www.universebra.com

If I don't already have a PayPal account, how can I get one to use on universebra.com?

  • You can register for a PayPal account by visiting www.paypal.com and clicking on the 'Sign Up' button at the top of the page.
  • After you complete the registration form, PayPal will send you a confirmation email.
  • It will contain instructions to complete the registration process.
  • Once your PayPal account has been created, you can use it to pay for products at www.universebra.com

When will my card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. When placing your order, you will receive a pre-authorization charge that verifies the card is valid.
